Buffet lunch

For lunch we propose the buffet formula, with about 15 different dishes, such as caponata (a sweet-and-sour Sicilian dish made of fried aubergines, capers, olives and celery), marinaded anchovies, various salads, omelettes, pasta dish of the day, seasonal fruit salad and Sicilian cannoli (pastry horns filled with cream cheese, candied fruit and chocolate).
